Bhagavad Gita 13.13

सर्वतः पाणिपादं तत्सर्वतोऽक्षिशिरोमुखम्।सर्वतः श्रुतिमल्लोके सर्वमावृत्य तिष्ठति॥

sarvataḥ pāṇi-pādaṁ tat sarvato ’kṣhi-śhiro-mukham sarvataḥ śhrutimal loke sarvam āvṛitya tiṣhṭhati

Translation

Everywhere That hath hands and feet, everywhere eyes, heads, and mouths; all-hearing, He dwelleth in the world, enveloping all,

What it means

Everywhere are Its hands and feet, eyes, heads and mouths; It hears everything and dwells enveloping the world. The knower of the field is described as universally present. Every body is a location of the same awareness.

Try this today

The knowable described: all capacities everywhere, because it is everyone.

Something to reflect on

If the same awareness hears through every ear, whose listening am I in right now?
