Yathora

The Gita · Chapter 3

Bhagavad Gita 3.31

ये मे मतमिदं नित्यमनुतिष्ठन्ति मानवाः। श्रद्धावन्तोऽनसूयन्तो मुच्यन्ते तेऽपि कर्मभिः॥

ye me matam idaṁ nityam anutiṣhṭhanti mānavāḥ śhraddhāvanto ’nasūyanto muchyante te ’pi karmabhiḥ

Translation

Who abide ever in this teaching of Mine full of faith and free from caviling, they too are released from actions.

What it means

Those who constantly practice this teaching with faith and without carping are freed from the bondage of action. Release comes through practice, not agreement. Believing the map is not walking the road.

Try this today

Consistency plus trust, without carping, is enough for the teaching to work.

Something to reflect on

Do I practice what I claim to believe, or only agree with it?
