Bhagavad Gita 1.3
पश्यैतां पाण्डुपुत्राणामाचार्य महतीं चमूम्। व्यूढां द्रुपदपुत्रेण तव शिष्येण धीमता॥
paśhyaitāṁ pāṇḍu-putrāṇām āchārya mahatīṁ chamūm vyūḍhāṁ drupada-putreṇa tava śhiṣhyeṇa dhīmatā
Translation
"Behold this mighty host of the sons of Pându, O teacher, arrayed by the son of Drupada, thy wise disciple.
What it means
Duryodhana points out that the Pandava army was arrayed by Dhrishtadyumna, Drona's own gifted pupil. The remark is a needle: he implies Drona's teaching now fights against him, quietly pressing the old teacher to prove his loyalty to the Kaurava side.
Try this today
A subtle sting: the enemy's strength was taught by their own teacher. Skills you share can be turned against you; share knowledge with judgment, not fear.
Something to reflect on
Have I considered how what I teach or share might be used in ways I did not intend?
