The Gita · Chapter 10

Bhagavad Gita 10.10

तेषां सततयुक्तानां भजतां प्रीतिपूर्वकम्। ददामि बुद्धियोगं तं येन मामुपयान्ति ते॥

teṣhāṁ satata-yuktānāṁ bhajatāṁ prīti-pūrvakam dadāmi buddhi-yogaṁ taṁ yena mām upayānti te

Translation

To these, ever harmonious, worshipping in love, I give the yoga of discrimination by which they come unto Me.

What it means

To these ever-steadfast ones, worshipping with love, I give the yoga of understanding by which they come to Me. Devotion is answered with clarity. The gift for loving is seeing.

Try this today

The gift economy of devotion: love offered receives discernment in return.

Something to reflect on

What clarity arrived in my life as a gift rather than an achievement?
