The Gita · Chapter 12

Bhagavad Gita 12.11

अथैतदप्यशक्तोऽसि कर्तुं मद्योगमाश्रितः।सर्वकर्मफलत्यागं ततः कुरु यतात्मवान्॥

athaitad apy aśhakto ’si kartuṁ mad-yogam āśhritaḥ sarva-karma-phala-tyāgaṁ tataḥ kuru yatātmavān

Translation

If even to do this thou hast not strength, then, taking refuge in union with Me, renounce all fruit of action with the self controlled.

What it means

If you cannot do even this, then taking refuge in Me, renounce the fruit of all actions, self-controlled. The lowest rung is simply letting go of results. The Gita leaves no one without a workable step.

Try this today

Final fallback, open to everyone: do your work and release the results. No one is excluded from the path.

Something to reflect on

Which rung am I actually able to stand on today?
