The Gita · Chapter 12

Bhagavad Gita 12.2

मय्यावेश्य मनो ये मां नित्ययुक्ता उपासते।श्रद्धया परयोपेतास्ते मे युक्ततमा मताः॥

śhrī-bhagavān uvācha mayy āveśhya mano ye māṁ nitya-yuktā upāsate śhraddhayā parayopetās te me yuktatamā matāḥ

Translation

The Blessed Lord said: They who with mind fixed on Me ever harmonised worship Me, with faith supreme endowed, these, in My opinion, are best in yoga.

What it means

Those who fix their minds on Me, ever steadfast, worshipping with supreme faith: these I hold to be the most perfect in yoga. Krishna gives His verdict first. The personal path is declared the more natural highway for embodied beings.

Try this today

The personal path gets the verdict for most: relationship is the fastest road for a heart that loves.

Something to reflect on

Is my heart the fastest road for me - and am I using it?
