Yathora

The Gita · Chapter 13

Bhagavad Gita 13.24

ध्यानेनात्मनि पश्यन्ति केचिदात्मानमात्मना।अन्ये सांख्येन योगेन कर्मयोगेन चापरे॥

dhyānenātmani paśhyanti kechid ātmānam ātmanā anye sānkhyena yogena karma-yogena chāpare

Translation

Some by meditation behold the Self in the self by the Self; others by the Sânkhya Yoga, and others by the Yoga of Action;

What it means

Some see the Self in the self by meditation; others by the yoga of knowledge; others by the yoga of action. Three doors, one room. Temperament still chooses the entrance.

Try this today

Three seeing-routes to the same sight: meditation, analysis, work.

Something to reflect on

Which door fits my temperament - stillness, analysis or work?
