The Gita · Chapter 14

Bhagavad Gita 14.11

सर्वद्वारेषु देहेऽस्मिन्प्रकाश उपजायते।ज्ञानं यदा तदा विद्याद्विवृद्धं सत्त्वमित्युत॥

sarva-dvāreṣhu dehe ’smin prakāśha upajāyate jñānaṁ yadā tadā vidyād vivṛiddhaṁ sattvam ity uta

Translation

When the wisdom-light streameth forth from all the gates of the body, then it may be known that Harmony is increasing.

What it means

When the light of knowledge shines through all the gates of the body, then it is known that sattva is predominant. Clarity is the tell. When every sense reports cleanly, harmony is in charge.

Try this today

Sattva's signature: clarity visible in every channel - perception brightens.

Something to reflect on

When my senses report cleanly, what does that feel like - and how do I get more of it?
