Yathora

The Gita · Chapter 18

Bhagavad Gita 18.19

ज्ञानं कर्म च कर्ता च त्रिधैव गुणभेदतः।प्रोच्यते गुणसंख्याने यथावच्छृणु तान्यपि॥

jñānaṁ karma cha kartā cha tridhaiva guṇa-bhedataḥ prochyate guṇa-saṅkhyāne yathāvach chhṛiṇu tāny api

Translation

Knowledge, action and actor in the category of qualities are also said to be severally threefold, from the difference of qualities; hear thou duly these also.

What it means

Knowledge, action and actor are each declared threefold, according to the gunas; hear these rightly. The analysis extends the guna grid over everything human. All that remains is to learn to read the labels.

Try this today

The three-fold lens applied to the machinery itself.

Something to reflect on

Can I read my own labels - which grade of knowledge, action, actor am I today?
