The Gita · Chapter 5

Bhagavad Gita 5.24

योऽन्तःसुखोऽन्तरारामस्तथान्तर्ज्योतिरेव यः। स योगी ब्रह्मनिर्वाणं ब्रह्मभूतोऽधिगच्छति॥

yo 'ntaḥ-sukho 'ntar-ārāmas tathāntar-jyotir eva yaḥ sa yogī brahma-nirvāṇaṁ brahma-bhūto 'dhigachchhati

Translation

He who is happy within, who rejoiceth within, who is illuminated within, that Yogî, becoming the Eternal, goeth to the Peace of the Eternal.

What it means

One whose happiness is within, whose joy is within, whose light is within: that yogi, becoming the Eternal, attains the peace of the Eternal. Three "withins" define the address. Nothing essential is outsourced.

Try this today

The interior triple: happiness, delight and light all sourced internally. The description of a finished person.

Something to reflect on

What do I still outsource that could be generated internally?
