Bhagavad Gita 11.15

पश्यामि देवांस्तव देव देहे सर्वांस्तथा भूतविशेषसङ्घान्। ब्रह्माणमीशं कमलासनस्थ मृषींश्च सर्वानुरगांश्च दिव्यान्॥

arjuna uvācha paśhyāmi devāns tava deva dehe sarvāns tathā bhūta-viśheṣha-saṅghān brahmāṇam īśhaṁ kamalāsana-stham ṛiṣhīnśh cha sarvān uragānśh cha divyān

Translation

Arjuna said: Within Thy Form, O God, the Gods I see, All grades of beings with distinctive marks; Brahma, the Lord, upon His lotus-throne, The Rishis all, and Serpents, the Divine.

What it means

Within Your form I see all the gods and every grade of being: Brahma on his lotus seat, the sages, the divine serpents. Even the creator is contained. Every level of existence appears as an organ of the one form.

Try this today

The inventory of everything contained: every order of being present at once.

Something to reflect on

Where does even the highest authority I know sit inside something larger?
