Yathora

The Gita · Chapter 12

Bhagavad Gita 12.6

ये तु सर्वाणि कर्माणि मयि संन्यस्य मत्पराः।अनन्येनैव योगेन मां ध्यायन्त उपासते॥

ye tu sarvāṇi karmāṇi mayi sannyasya mat-paraḥ ananyenaiva yogena māṁ dhyāyanta upāsate

Translation

Those verily who, renouncing all actions in Me and intent on Me, worship meditating on Me, with whole-hearted yoga,

What it means

But those who renounce all actions in Me, intent on Me, worshipping Me with undivided meditation. The personal path's terms are restated: give everything to the Person, think of the Person, aim at the Person.

Try this today

The personal path's method: everything redirected toward the one object.

Something to reflect on

What would it mean to redirect everything - not some things - toward my highest object?
