Yathora

The Gita · Chapter 13

Bhagavad Gita 13.27

समं सर्वेषु भूतेषु तिष्ठन्तं परमेश्वरम्।विनश्यत्स्वविनश्यन्तं यः पश्यति स पश्यति॥

samaṁ sarveṣhu bhūteṣhu tiṣhṭhantaṁ parameśhvaram vinaśhyatsv avinaśhyantaṁ yaḥ paśhyati sa paśhyati

Translation

Seated equally in all beings, the supreme Lord, unperishing within the perishing—he who thus seeth, he seeth.

What it means

Who sees the supreme Lord dwelling equally in all beings, the imperishable within the perishing: that one truly sees. The definition of sight is given. Equality of vision is not an ethic here but a perception.

Try this today

The definition of true seeing: the same imperishable in every perishable form.

Something to reflect on

Can I see the same imperishable looking out of the person I dislike?
