The Gita · Chapter 16

Bhagavad Gita 16.19

तानहं द्विषतः क्रूरान्संसारेषु नराधमान्।क्षिपाम्यजस्रमशुभानासुरीष्वेव योनिषु॥

tān ahaṁ dviṣhataḥ krūrān sansāreṣhu narādhamān kṣhipāmy ajasram aśhubhān āsurīṣhv eva yoniṣhu

Translation

These haters, evil, pitiless, vilest among men in the world, I ever throw down into demoniacal wombs.

What it means

These cruel haters, the worst of humankind, I continually hurl into demonic wombs in the cycle of rebirth. The consequence matches the orientation. A life organized around hatred reproduces itself.

Try this today

The consequence stated as law: orientation becomes destination.

Something to reflect on

Do I believe a life organized around hatred reproduces itself?
