Translation

Kingly Science, kingly Secret, supreme Purifier, this; intuitional, according to righteousness, very easy to perform, imperishable.

What it means

This is the king of sciences, the king of secrets, the supreme purifier: directly verifiable, in harmony with dharma, easy to practice, imperishable. Six superlatives describe one path. Its ease is part of its royalty.

Try this today

The teaching describes itself: top-tier, provable by experience, aligned with right, easy, permanent. 'Easy' and 'kingly' in one breath.

Something to reflect on

What practice do I know that is both easy and royal - and why do I avoid easy?
